1. Agreement
* By commissioning artwork from me (the "Artist"), you (the "Client") agree to these Terms of Service ("TOS") in full.
* If you do not accept these terms, please do not request a commission.
* I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.2. Copyright & Usage
* I retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artwork.
* The Client receives a personal-use only, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
Public display requires visible credit to the Artist (e.g., "Art by xviii_pri").Prohibited without prior written agreement:
* Commercial use (merch, monetized platforms like Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
* Uploading to AI platforms, training datasets, LoRA models.
* NFT minting, blockchain-related usage.
* Redistribution, editing, tracing, or removing credit.
Commercial Use:
Requires written agreement before commissioning (+100% base price minimum).Failure to disclose intended commercial use will result in blacklisting and may involve legal action.3. Payment
* Payment accepted via PayPal (USD only).
* Full payment (100%) required upfront after commission acceptance.
* Payment must be completed within 48 hours of invoice. Failure results in slot forfeiture.
* I am not responsible for client-side transaction errors.
* All sales are for digital goods — no physical items will be shipped unless specifically arranged.
* Chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting and may trigger legal action.4. Process & Revisions
* Sketch WIP: Sent within 7 calendar days after full payment.
* Revisions: Up to 2 major revisions allowed during the sketch phase. Further revisions: +$10 each.
* Approval: Sketch approval is mandatory before proceeding to final render.
* Feedback: Clients must respond within 3 days to WIP requests. Silence is taken as approval.Once the sketch is approved:
* Only minor color tweaks are allowed.
* Major pose/outfit/composition changes will require a new fee.5. Delivery Timeline
* Commissions will be delivered within 30 calendar days after sketch approval.
* In case of unforeseen delays (illness, technical issues), the Client will be notified promptly.6. Refunds & Cancellations
* Full refund (100%) only before the sketch work begins.
* No refunds once sketch work starts.
* If I must cancel, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
Refunds are not available for:
* Completed work.
* Style variations.
* Missed deadlines unless no prior communication was given.7. Final Product
* Delivered in PNG and JPG formats, high resolution (typically 8.5x11 inches at 1200 DPI). (Note: Please confirm if 1200 DPI is correct, 300/600 DPI is more standard).
* Minor variations compared to portfolio examples may occur.
* Files are hosted for download for 6 months. Please download and back up your artwork promptly.
* I am not obligated to publicly post the finished commission. If posted, I reserve the right to remove it later.Respectful communication is expected at all times. Disrespectful behavior will result in immediate blacklisting.8. Subject Matter
I Will Draw:
* Anime-style female and male characters.
* SFW & NSFW content (legal and consensual).
* Yuri / GL (Girls’ Love).
* Kemonomimi (characters with animal features like ears/tails).
I Will Not Draw:
* Furries (full animal anthropomorphs).
* Monster girls (except simple kemonomimi).
* Full-body mechas or heavy armor.
* Complex tactical gear or realistic firearms.
* Pets, real animals as main subjects.
* Realistic portraits of real people.
* Explicit BL (Boys’ Love).
* Gore, extreme violence, or depictions of minors in suggestive contexts.AI Policy:
