Terms of Service (TOS) for Anime Fanart Commissions
✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦Last updated: November 2025---## 1. AgreementBy commissioning artwork from me (the "Artist"), you (the "Client") agree to these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not request a commission. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.---## 2. Definitions- "Sketch work begins" — the Artist uploads or delivers the first sketch WIP image to the Client.
- "Calendar days" — every day on the calendar, including weekends and holidays.---## 3. Copyright & License- The Artist retains full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artwork.
- The Client receives a personal-use-only, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
- Commercial use is strictly prohibited. The artwork may not be used for any commercial, promotional, monetized, or profit-generating purpose under any circumstances.The Client may NOT:
- Sell, resell, or redistribute the artwork.
- Upload the artwork to AI platforms, training datasets, or LoRA models.
- Mint NFTs or use the artwork on blockchain-related platforms.
- Remove the Artist credit or claim authorship.
- Edit, trace, or modify the artwork for redistribution.Allowed: Public sharing with visible credit to the Artist (example: "Art by xviii_pri").---## 4. Payment- Method: PayPal (USD). The Client is responsible for conversion and transaction fees.
- Full payment (100%) is required upfront after commission acceptance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment must be completed within 48 hours of invoice or the slot may be forfeited.
- Chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting and may lead to legal action if necessary.---## 5. Delivery Schedule
- Sketch WIP will be sent within 7 calendar days after full payment unless otherwise agreed.
- Even if the sketch is approved quickly, final delivery will not occur before the 30 calendar days from payment.
- Client delays in feedback or major revision requests will extend the delivery timeline.
- In case of unforeseen delays (illness, technical issues, force majeure), the Artist will notify the Client and propose a new date.---## 6. Revisions & Feedback- Up to 2 major revisions allowed during the sketch phase.
- Additional major revisions: +$10 each (or as agreed).
- After sketch approval, only minor color or small detail tweaks are allowed.
- Major pose, outfit, or composition changes require a new commission or additional fee.
- Clients must respond to WIP requests within 3 calendar days.
- If no response is received after an explicit request for feedback, the Artist may proceed using the last provided direction.
- "Sketch work begins" is the cutoff point for refunds.---## 7. Refunds & Cancellations| Situation | Refund |

- Standard resolution: 600 DPI.
- Different resolution or specific print formats must be requested before payment and may include additional fees.
- Files are hosted for 6 months. The Client is responsible for downloading and backing up the files.---## 9. Content & Restrictions✔️ I will draw:
- Anime-style characters (male/female)
- SFW and legal NSFW content
- Yuri / GL
- Kemonomimi (ears/tails)✖️ I will NOT draw:
- Full anthro/furries
- Realistic portraits of real people
- Explicit BL
- Gore or extreme violence
- Sexual content involving minors
- Complex tactical gear or realistic firearms as main focus🤖 AI Policy:
All artwork is created without AI assistance. The Artist does not provide AI training data and does not allow commissioned artwork to be used for AI purposes.---## 10. Communication & Conduct- Respectful communication is required.
- Repeated abusive or hostile behavior may result in immediate cancellation and blacklisting.
